1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Reporter4U, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Reporter4U is a product of BSS & OSS (PVT.) LIMITED, registered in Pakistan with SECP CUIN 0098025. Reporter4U provides tools for content ingestion, drafting, AI-assisted generation, workflow review, publishing support, and third-party integrations for digital publishers, businesses, and content teams.

3. Accounts and Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information, keep it reasonably current, and use the service only for legitimate business or editorial purposes.
You are responsible for ensuring that anyone using Reporter4U under your organization or account authority complies with these terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use Reporter4U to create, ingest, rewrite, publish, distribute, or automate content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, deceptive, abusive, malicious, or otherwise unlawful.
- You are responsible for content you ingest, rewrite, approve, publish, or distribute through Reporter4U.
- You are responsible for confirming that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and authority to use connected sources, websites, accounts, and content.
- You may not use the service to interfere with other users, security systems, or third-party platforms.
5. Third-Party Integrations
Reporter4U may integrate with third-party services including WordPress, LinkedIn, and OpenAI. By connecting those services, you authorize Reporter4U to interact with them as needed to perform the actions you request.
You remain responsible for connected accounts, permissions, content, and compliance with the terms and policies of those services.
6. User Content and Instructions
You retain responsibility for the instructions, prompts, articles, assets, source feeds, drafts, and connected destinations you provide to Reporter4U. Reporter4U acts on your input and configuration, including approvals, publishing decisions, and automation choices that you enable.
If you enable automated actions, you are responsible for reviewing that configuration and its consequences.
7. Intellectual Property
Reporter4U, its branding, software, interface design, and related materials remain the property of BSS & OSS (PVT.) LIMITED or its licensors, except for third-party content and user content that remain with their respective owners. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of the platform itself to you.
8. Availability and Changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of Reporter4U from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect uptime, or that every feature will remain unchanged forever.
9. No Legal, Editorial, or Regulatory Guarantee
Reporter4U is software. It does not provide legal advice, editorial approval, intellectual-property clearance, factual guarantees, search-ranking guarantees, or regulatory-compliance assurance.
Users remain responsible for editorial standards, source and content rights, verification, publishing compliance, approvals and business decisions.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BSS & OSS (PVT.) LIMITED will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-loss damages arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on Reporter4U.
We provide the service on an "as available" and "as is" basis except to the extent a written agreement states otherwise.
11. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BSS & OSS (PVT.) LIMITED from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your content, your use of the service, connected accounts, or breach of these terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary, including for misuse, non-compliance, security concerns, legal reasons, or protection of the platform and other users. You may stop using the service at any time.
13. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective or modification date.
